About

Hooping

Hooping is a low-impact and low-exertion activity and is a fantastic exercise for people in a wide range fitness levels, age groups, and body types. Hooping combines cardio activity with strength training beginning with your core. It improves your coordination and balance and is a full body exercise. Hooping is a fitness tool that is fun, portable, and has been proven effective by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Depending on weight and general fitness level, you can burn around 7 calories a minute (that’s 420 calories per hour). Hooping improves your mood by making exercising less of a chore and more like playtime.

We offer a range of interactive educational entertainment by way of classes, workshops, parties, entertainment, and wellness programs.
